The Rev. Dr. Albert Scariato is Saint John's Priest-in-Charge. He is currently completing work at Catholic
University on a PhD in Biblical Studies. Prior to his ordination, he worked for many years as an oncologist.
Over the years he has collected thoughts on the relationship between spirituality and physical and emotional
well-being. His major areas of interest are teaching, preaching, pastoral care, and liturgy. Father Albert
leads Bible Study groups on Tuesday evenings at regular intervals during the year.
